juststopit oh, another thing that helps me....I wrote down all of the things I had ever done while drinking (ha! that I could remember). All the bad decisions, people hurt/betrayed, whatever. Then when that voice starts telling me that one more night of drinking wouldn't hurt I read my list. Really helps me put things in perspective.
I did a list too. Something about seeing it on paper makes it that much more real. Good post!
