This morning I am thankful for:
- 8 weeks no drinking!! SO proud of myself!
- 22 weeks no smoking!!
- 3+ weeks not smoking weed first thing in the mornings
- 8 weeks eating well and getting exercise
- Not sure when it happened, but drinking a lot less caffeinated stuff.
- Seeing real changes in my life. Some things have improved because I've been working on them and others have improved because I let go of trying to control them, I think.
- My house, especially my awesome 'new' backyard. It looks really great!!
