Panic
Hi Tate,
I do not think that I am having panic attacks as such. The symptoms are not the same..Mine are more like an anxiety attack which can last for any amount of time. Usually comes on during sleep. I cannot tale SSRI's as they do my head in badly. Been on them twice!
