I think at three months sober...in retrospect...was that the withdrawals physically and mentally were over....I was now dealing with emotional sobriety...I made a few sober friends...attended a lot of meetings and worked through a 4th and 5th step...I think I helped a lot of people too...I hope the same for you...ODAAT...best always..Wiscsober
Yeah the physical withdrawals lasted 3 Weeks for me and the super dark, depressing, anxious, guilt stuff was SO BAD the first 2 months and started getting easier after 2 months. At 3 months I feel GREAT!! That little addiction voice isn't screaming in by head anymore. Don't get me wrong. My addiction pops up in my head still but not as much and he's easier to tell to shut up now then before
