Just a thought on aloholism and proper diet
Wouldn't it be cool if all us got together in different cities and started planting gardens to feed our fellow alcoholics? Like a community garden for alcoholics. I keep reading about hypoglycemia in alcoholics and I am going to go get tested for this because it sounds spot on with my symptoms, and if not treated ( with proper nutrition) hypoglycemia could be another trigger! Studies have shown that this effects like 85-95% of us.... That is a whole lot! Eating a plant strong diet is so vital for health, yet it can set you back a few $$ too... Hmmmm....
