1 week!
Hey all,
Well I'm 1 week, 7 days completely sober!
I think last night was my first full 'normal' night's sleep, but I have also kicked a sleeping tablet problem at the same time as the booze.
Been eating well, exercising, getting on top of my Uni work (open uni), and today despite slight anxiety this morning I even made it to the charity shop to do my first introductions and such. Going back Thursday.
Thank you all for your support so far... and here's to another week... and another and another...
And for everyone struggling to get to a week, before this week I was the definition of falling at the first couple of hurdles. Can't even remember how many times i've tried. So If I can make it to a week, so can you!
