I used to feel low and lethargic the whole of the next day (which was almost every day). What really irritated me was that it spoiled my enjoyment of my evening beers because I was feeling drained. Now this is crazy, but sometimes I would not drink for a couple of days just so that I could enjoy getting drunk more.
