I look at it like this... Bad things happen. To everyone. What we do with them is up to us. We can react with something negative, and head downhill - or we can respond with something positive, and head towards healing. Not drinking is always the obvious choice for me. Not only will drinking not change anything thats going on, but it will always, for me, make it worse. Much much worse.
