Greetings
I am new here, found this site a few months ago when I started taking a class on addiction and one of our required readings was Codependent no More.
I grew up surrounded by addicts; though I've steered clear of it myself. My eyes were opened quite a bit in the last few months, things I always thought and wondered why I felt or more significantly why I didn't feel. Hoping this forum is appropriate for a non addict. But seeing as addiction is very much a family problem, I've found resources here that have been incredibly helpful.
