I keep a journal on Excel that is color coded. I use a green/red tracking system:
Green for days I don't drink, and
Red for days I drink.
So far this year as of today I have
56 green days and
70 red days.
I can see a definite trend: Every time I string together many consecutive Green days.....when I do fall off the Wagon the consectutive Red days always exceed the Greens.......
I appears that I fall further each time I fall off the wagon....So I theorize that each time I fall........ the wagon get's taller.....
