  • Today is day 26 no drinking!!!
  • It's Saturday!
  • I am learning new coping skills for dealing with things.
  • I'm thankful I found SR and for all of the support I have found here. It has been so helpful in this process.
  • I am starting to feel more like the 'old' me.
  • I am able to learn music better.
