Think of it like this...
Our bodies and minds are screaming out for recovery and pleading with us never to put them through what we have done ever again!
They work out together that the time difference between the UK and the US means that if they keep us awake then there will always be someone on SR to ensure we can chat and help each other through it and not abuse them again!!
Crafty bodies!..only when they decide we can be trusted will they let us have a decent sleep!!!
