good morning all, just wanted to spread some good news to everyone and some positive vibes as well. i was going through a rough patch a few days ago, although i might have been in a world of crud, i came out clean on the other side. my body is now healed, doctor says i am ok, now i can resume my workout regimen. i hope everyone has a great day and for those who are struggling, hang in there. fight with all your might because in the end, you will too be clean and will see how great it feels to be sober.
