Give your body time to adjust. I know the first 3 months worth of soberity I must have gained and lost the same 5 pounds about 10 times. I am not sure how/why but I found exerise after a year of soberity and have lost 30 pounds. Who knew eating right and exerise ACTUALLY works?!? Seriously...
