Pot withdrawal
I am 41yrs old and have 4 wonderful children. I have had a issue with pot since I was 15. I did not smoke for 10yrs. When I moved in 2001 I stopped attending AA and it wasn't long before I started smoking pot again. Each time I stopped I felt horrible. This time is no different but the anxiety seems to be worse and the dry heaving and loss of appetite. What's helping me the most right now is talking. Any advise for the anxiety would be appreciated.
