My First Weekend Sober -- Yikes!
Staying sober during this week was difficult, but at least I had work to keep me distracted. Friday and Saturday nights are the most tempting for me, and I haven't had a sober weekend in seven years. I'm feeling really overwhelmed and scared that I'll wake up tomorrow and drive to the liquor store. Any advice on how to deal with the weekends and all of that free time normally spent drinking? Thanks!
