I definately have to work on myself everyday. I go to WFS meetings once a week because I like the program. It's for woman and it is about empowering outselves and not defining ourselves by our addictions.
I go to SMART meetings because I like the scientific approach. I've always been that way.
I go too AA to remember that I am an alcoholic, to remember that my dad has been thru this struggle and it keeps me grounded and humble.
