Thanks, but they had cause to fire me, I would not have gotten UIB. Because I worked for local government, my firing and the cause would have been available to potential employers (or anyone else - it is public information). If it had just been the DWI, I probably would have fought it, but I was drunk on the job. Resignation was my best choice.
