Thanks BP - I think I might have been the 2 year old having the tantrum. It has quieted a bit - will google urge surfing. I suppose I should feel a bit positive in that by I would normally be finishing my first glass of wine by now when I get that urge. I usually give it about 30 seconds and then give in. This has been a new experience for me.
We've all been there, Snaggle! A few weeks ago I was posting on here practically in tears because I wanted a glass of wine soooo badly, and Sassy really helped me out. Well done fighting such a strong urge - it's a big victory, and shows you that you can do it. It will get easier x
