Hello Misty. Welcome. There seem to be a number of restaurant/food industry workers here who have the same issue. It's understandable as alcohol and food often go together. If you want to stay sober, there is a lot of support, motivation and information here, so look around and use what you can.
Is a career change a possibility? I'm not suggesting quitting your current job right away, but perhaps a different line of work and a different environment would be a good long-term solution? Have you considered AA meetings or SMART Recover Meetings (a secular program that is not as pervasive as AA, so there may not be a meeting in your area)?
