I don't even feel like I'm indulging, I just feel like I'm "catching up" I guess. I didn't eat much when i was binging, or for the withdrawal period.
I'm 6' tall, 206 pounds (probably need to lose about 20-25 for ideal weight) so I think it might just be natural hunger kicking back in
