I'm quitting on the sly as well. My friends know I'm doing it, but I refuse to let on that it's a big deal, or difficult.
It's nice to have some accountability here. I'm in the habit of spending an hour or so a day reading and posting, to remind myself that I'm not the only one and to make it a part of my daily life.
