Although I wouldn't consider myself a pro like some here, i decided to quit drinking yesterday.
No pros here on anything, but a bunch of alcoholics and those with problems with alcohol. We support each other and give a shoulder to lean on and an ear to listen. Those who have been sober for decades need those who have been sober even a day as much as the other way around.
Walking is a good suggestion. I used that often when I had withdrawal - induced panic attacks coming up.
