Maybe you have a stomach bug and its just coincidence you happened to stop drinking. Just a thought and of course dont drink! Hope ya feel better. As to your question about OTC meds to help you relax, I would be careful of experimenting right now. See your Dr. about your anxiety to avoid getting into the self-medicating problem I did for severe anxiety. And always remember to be honest about how much and often you drink to doc. And NEVER let them prescribe xanax,valuim,klonopin or any other benzo for anxiety, there are plenty of non-addictive meds that can help.
