Wink "who I am" revised

so I uncovered that stupid piano today, and rewrote and covered one of my favorite songs to tell who I am. I thought I would share my version.

"who I am" originally sung by Jessica Andrews

If I live to be a hundred*
And never say vows to a husband
That'll be alright*
If I don't ever where that white dress
*If I don't get swept into the sunset
I'm gonna be just fine*

Cause I know exactly who I am*
I am Ruth Evelyns granddaughter*
The spitting image of my father
* And when the day is done*
My daughters still my biggest fan*
Sometimes I'm clueless and I'm clumsy*
But I've got kids who love me*
And they know just where I stand*
It's all a part of me*
And that's who I am*

So when I make a big mistake*
When I fall flat on my face*
I know I'll be alright*
Should my tender heart be broken
* I will cry those teardrops knowin'*
I will be just fine*
'Cause nothin' changes who I am*

I am the child of a caring father
The example to my daughter
And when the day is done*
My son needs me to take a stand
Sometimes I'm clueless and I'm clumsy*
But I've got kids who love me*
And they know mom don't need no man
* It's all a part of me*
And that's who I am*

I'm a saint and I'm a sinner*
I'm a loser, I'm a winner*
I'm am steady and unstable*
I am young but I am able*

I am my Gods beloved daughter*
He says "child I am stronger
and when the day is done*
I will always take your hand"
Sometimes I'm clueless and I'm clumsy
but I know that He still loves me
And he wants me to stand*
It's all a part of me*
That's who I am*
