Need to talk, not sure where to post anymore
It will be a week tomorrow off alcohol, a few months off opiates and I've dropped my benzos down to to just above what I'm prescribed. Feeling yuck. All I want to do is sleep and I get panic attacks everytime I reach the bottom of the benzo 'high.'
Dr is happy to keep prescribing benzos for awhile yet, I'm struggling not to chase down more or drink or get painkillers too. Or act out on my Ed.
My brain is everywhere.
