I agree that every relapse is serious when we are dealing with alcoholism/addiction. Relapse for an alcoholic/addict like myself can mean death and that is not to be taken lightly AT ALL.

What I was trying to point out is that the relapse is now in the past and and harping on it and letting it keep you down is counter productive.

The past is over with and you can do nothing to change it so accept it and take the recommended course of action if you truly want to get sober.
