Welcome to the forums. When you quit drinking for 4 months did you follow any type of recovery program or anything along those lines? It might be worth looking into some of the major players if you find you can't stay sober by yourself. The most prominent programs are AA, AVRT and SMART recovery. More info about each can be found on google. A lot of people have different methods to getting and staying sober. It doesn't really matter what you're doing as long as it works for you.
