Day 8
I went for a very late lunch today with one of my good friends. Starter, main and dessert with tea. I didn't drink. The waiter asked if we'd like some wine and I said I was ok with water but my friend would have something which she did. I didn't talk to her about it so it seemed like no big deal. I have to say internally I was grinning from ear to ear. A voice was saying just have one, there's nothing wrong with just having one. I looked ahead to tomorrow and I saw me. Hungover, sad and not feeling altogether great. Anyway...I'm home and I'm sober and I'm looking forward to a very productive Saturday x
