You give us too much power, Roger. Nothing I or anyone else says is going to motivate you to quit. That all comes from within. I think you know this. But if you put it on us, and we fail to "motivate" you, well then, you can keep drinking. That's how the addicted brain works.
All I can suggest is read a ton of threads here on the forum. If anything resonates, if you get the sense that you have a drinking problem, perhaps you'll motivate yourself.
I can say this. If you have a problem with alcohol, it
will get worse.
