New to site.
I just came across this site and decided to check it out. I am in my 60s and have never really had a problem with alcohol until the last 6 or 7 years. It is a problem now and I have had several false starts at quitting in the past year. So far, this has not affected my job or health but has put some real strains on my marriage since my wife is a non drinker.
I could use any advice on getting motivated.
