I have a meeting tonight at 8:00. From reading I do believe I need a sponsor. There have been times that I could have called someone to help me with an issue. To be honest I have no desire to drink again but I want to be sober just not alcohol free. There are so many things to learn on how to live a life of sobriety with honesty, compassion, without regrets or resentments. I know it is progress rather than perfection and if I am honest with myself I do not feel like I am progressing so a sponsor it is. I will let you know how my search goes.
