I don't know if you're like me, but, I always intend to have just one, or two. but I must be honest with myself, I drink until all I have purchased is gone and I pretty much pass out. It's scary! Just do like you did, no debate, let the thought, urge whatever it is called pass. Don't give the thought energy. Take care
