i can only speak from my own experience...alcohol simply isn't an option for me. in the past, sometimes i could handle it, sometimes i couldn't. but the times that i couldn't made me realize i was playing with a loaded gun. the only way i can make sure that never happens again is to realize alcohol is not an option.
