Hi, welcome to SR. I'm really glad you're here. I know what you mean with the mind games but honestly that's not as dangerous as the risk of seizures, aspiration, or death. Alcohol detox is no joke. I agree with some of the other posters that seeing a doctor is important for you. Is this your first attempt at sobriety? What have you done in the past that has worked or not worked?
