6 days. Haven't woke up thinking oh **** what the hell did I do last night, no embarrassing feeling about what I've said or done to anyone. Feel like exercising more rather than eating rubbish, not spent any money at all on booze, haven't had to ring or text people apologising for my drunken behaviour and generally feel good.
