As part of my alcohol recovery I have noted a few old bad habits re emerging.
Weight up a couple of kilos and a few other habits I won't go into.
On the credit side liver function tests improved along with vitamin D, probably as a result of taking a d/calcium formula.
Still the over all situation is better and this newer stuff can be addresses as I go along.
