New here, again????

I joined last year but felt like such a failure after a slip-up. I have had a rough few months, but as of Jan 1 I have reduced my drinking by A LOT. I am working on small steps, like only having a reasonable amount to drink on Friday nights and Saturdays. Once I can conquer that I want to work through only Saturdays, and eventually to quitting all together. I spoke to my doc who recommends this approach. I didn't want to go on any meds, so instead I am filling up on healthy foods, Vitamin B, Fish Oil, L- Glutamine, milk thistle and lots of water.

My husband's birthday is this Saturday and I really want to stay AF the entire day. I don't want to be in a haze and have him worry about me, its HIS day!

Thanks for all of the support here!!
