Hello Ruth. Good to see you are here. First off I agree with Natalie, Read read read. Secondly try not to beat yourself up to much about the slip. Just looking at the fact your here and I assume your starting over is a great sign. One day at a time. I try to remind myself about why I'm sober now. That is usually enough but there are days I need to call on my friends for support and I surround myself with other sober people or take in some activities that there is no access to anything.
