I dunno about you Brian but when I was drinking it was like there were three parties in the relationship - me, my gf and my beer.
I stopped drinking, I got to know who sober me was, and then I found someeone who liked sober me.
We're still together 5 years later - I think my previous 'record' was 9 months.
Kick out the third party, man - you'll be glad you did
