well done for reaching out Scared, whilst everyone is different and the doc knows best, I pulled up to a total stop overnight after drinking 10 to 20 units a night and more on weekends for well over 10 years and whilst week 1 was not a week I'd like to do again I'm still here and feeling 1,000 times more together.
