Can I join please? Am day minus 1 today. Ended up drinking heavily over new year and had 2 glasses of wine yesterday and one today. Simply couldn't cope with the withdrawal/ hangover (i'm phobic about throwing up - oh the irony!). Joined SR last February and though I've had some decent longish sober spells, have had some bad relapses too. So back to square one for me. At the moment to be brutally honest, all I care about is getting through the nausea, insomnia, headaches and shakes. It's true what they say - it does get worse every time. After the next couple of days I'll come up with a game plan. Right now am working up to going for a shower. Am vile and sweaty!
