Hope you're doing better today MLC - I think the more addictions we have the more we really need to involve a Dr - if you're coming off several things, and have pain and anxiety into the bargain, I think it's pretty much a necessity I'm afraid.
WhoDey - yeah dreams are very common...they'll fade tho...oh and I liked sparkling water (or soda water here) as a healthy substitute...I still drink it
