Like I mentioned in my other thread, it's tough to live a sober life if you're with someone who is also a drinker. It can be done though but in my case there's a wall there that will be divisive. You can get past it but there's still a wall. In my case I just joined the other side. However we don't fight when she drinks and I stay sober. We just stay in our different worlds. If it's becoming an issue where you're fighting verbally or even worse then maybe it's time either one of you get out or you both try to seek help.
