All benzos act similarly to alcohol,so I hope you can taper slowly/successfully

Thanks for the fast replay well I found my problam it was for the last 10days of withdrawal I ate very very little I just could not eat tonight is the first time I good eat a good dinner. Well I ate hour later bodyaches are getting better and better so i ate some more lol. I feel it was lack of eatting.
