My personal experience is that benzos more likely causes back pain than alcohol w/drawal.
Suggest you go to E,R, if pain is pretty strong.
All benzos act similarly to alcohol,so I hope you can taper slowly/successfully
and eventually manage your anxiety by other methods. Good luck.
