It's snowing here... But I put my beater bike on a 1up USA trainer in the winter and spin like hell... Headphones and good jam band music (Railroad Earth this AM, also WSP, UM, GD...LOL) get my pulse rate up... I needed it bad this AM... I always get a little of that post xmas blues, nothing too bad, at least lately
