I just wanted to bring something up, I love posting in the forums, but I feel that the chat room has helped me a lot more in times of desperate need.
I think the real time aspect of it has help me a lot, I dont have to sit around waiting for people to read my posts, i can get the help/advice/support right here in chat with people I've grown to love and respect!
