Kindeyes, that is a great idea. When I broke up with a boyfriend once and knew dirn good and well it was over I burned all of his photos, letters, etc etc. THAT DID FEEL AMAZING! It was very healing and released a lot of emotion from deep within me. At that moment I LET IT GO!
