Your in the right place Kinire. Im not around much anymore but I found this place invaluable in my early recovery. Like you Im in Scotland but with SR being global theres normally someone here 24 hours. I read lots when I first joined here, used it to fill the time I used to be drinking. Take things easy, one day at a time, you can do this.
